AddrssLabel ("we", "our", or "us") is an iOS app for creating, customizing, previewing, and printing address labels. We designed the app to keep mailing information simple to manage and as private as practical.
1Information You Enter
When you use AddrssLabel, you may enter recipient names, street addresses, city or postal details, label names, and layout preferences. This information is used only to generate and manage your labels inside the app.
2Local Storage
Your saved labels, address entries, formatting choices, and print-related settings are primarily stored on your device. If you remove the app, this locally stored data may be deleted unless it is included in device backups managed by Apple.
3Optional Apple Services
If you enable Apple services such as iCloud backup or iCloud sync for this app, your data may be stored or synchronized through your personal Apple account. In that case, Apple acts as the service provider for that transfer and storage under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not operate a separate customer account system for AddrssLabel.
4Printing and Sharing
When you choose to print or share a label, the content you selected is passed to the iOS printing or sharing options you explicitly invoke. The destination printer, print service, or share target you choose may process that information according to its own policies.
5What We Do Not Sell
We do not sell your personal information. AddrssLabel is not designed around advertising profiles, third-party data brokerage, or social networking features.
6Permissions
The app only uses the system capabilities needed to save, preview, and print your labels. Depending on your iOS configuration and the features you use, Apple may provide access to local storage, printing frameworks, or iCloud-related services.
- On-device storage: used to save labels, address data, and layout preferences.
- Printing / share sheet: used only when you choose to preview, print, or share output.
- Optional iCloud support: controlled through your Apple account and device settings.
7Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete saved labels and address entries from within the app. You may also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored data, subject to any Apple-managed backups or sync settings you have enabled.
8Children's Privacy
AddrssLabel is a utility app and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. We do not knowingly require account registration, community posting, or public profile creation.
9Policy Updates
If the app's data handling changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in a future version of this policy.
